GREAT ROOM FURNISHINGS
Interior design involves the selection and layout of furniture and furnishings that can bring character to a space and compliment the interior arcitecture. This space is appointed with a collection of furniture that fits the southwest contemporary Sedona theme.

DINING AREA WITH LIVING BEYOND
The major reconfiguration in this Sedona house remodel entailed the removal of wall that block interior views. The entry walls were retained to leave a transition to the home, while the walls that concealed the kitchen and dining were removed. A sunken floor in the living area is raised to create a single-level living space. New flooring throughout brings a unified flow to the great room. Sedona stack stone adds the accent.

ENTERTAINMENT KITCHEN ISLAND
The kitchen design conceals much of the appliance functions, while it opens up for guest to participate with the chef while cooking.

INDUCTION COOKING WITH A VIEW TO ALL SPACES
The kitchen was reconfigured so views to the dining and living area are open. The chef prefers induction cookin on the island so guests can be part of the cooking experience. Induction cooking is an advanced use of electric power that consumes less power than traditional electric cooking. Induction is fast to move from very low simmer heat to very high boilling heat and back again.

DINING VIEW FROM KITCHEN
