From the Skydeck, friends and family can enjoy a favorite beverage, personal stories, and the amazing red rock ridge including Thundermountain and Coffee Pot Rock.

INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING
Indoor and outdoor living in Sedona works well with the much of the high desert climate especially in the spring and fall. The great room of this home connects to the main deck and Skydeck stairway adjacent to the cascading glass wall door for quick and easy access to fresh air and views.

SHADED AND COVERED ENTRY
The front deck leads to the main entry of the home. The pergola provides shade and shadows followed by a fully covered entry to the interior.

EXITWAY VIEWS
Upon the exit of the home, the front deck leads to a sitting area and a great glimpse of the iconic red rocks.

PIVOT DOOR ENTRY
A tall elegant front door pivots and leads to the great room. The fireplace wall divides the entry enough to create a dramatic journey into the home.

LIVING ROOM WITH MOUNTAIN VIEWS
The living area is just around the corner of the fireplace wall. This space captures more epic views of the high mountain rim. The sun illuminates the rim in the late afternoon for a spectacular experience.

TV AND FIREPLACE WALL
The TV and fireplace wall make it easy to enjoy videos with the ambience of the electric fireplace. The fireplace eliminates the conflict of overheating the TV above, yet delivers warmth without a carbon footprint.

DINING IN THE ROUND
The dining area is located just off the kitchen for easy access. The round table floats freely in the space to allow guests to enjoy one another while the contemporary chandelier floats above the center line.

BISON CORRIDOR
The “Bison Corridor” is a separate hallway leading to the power bath and the guest bedrooms. This hallway features one of the owner's favorite works of art, a photograph of a fearless Bison.

A PERFECT KITCHEN FOR A CHEF
The kitchen includes a full function wall with ovens, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink, an island for the chef with cook top and prep sink, and access to the outdoor BBQ station. The kitchen has the perfect function triangle for chef activities with separate chef and guest zones while entertaining.

A KITCHEN ISLAND FOR ENTERTAINING GUESTS
The kitchen island separates guests from the chef. The island contains an induction cook top, a prep sink and additional storage on the chef side for items related to cooking. The positions of the cook top, refrigerator and sink are gauged so there is no interference with competing functions in the kitchen triangle. The waterfall countertop is durable and easy to clean. The cabinetry is detailed to organize the storage of kitchen items.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH SEDONA VIEWS
The spacious master bedroom contains a sitting area. The residents can wake up to Sedona views.

MASTER BATH SINKS AND LIGHTED MIRRORS
The master bath sink wall contains lighted mirrors, floating cabinets, and architectural lighting features.

A SOAKING TUB WITHIN A SHOWER ROOM
A soaking tub is included in the walk-in shower area. This wet area can be fully or partially enclosed to moderate heat during the cold or hot seasons. The tub filler falls from the ceiling of the room.

POWDER BATH WITH LIGHTING FEATURES
The powder bath features a floating concrete sink, wall mounted faucets, a full wall of textured tile, specialty wall lighting and pendant lighting.
