The horse shoe shaped deck addtition connects the new master suite addition, the dining area and guest rooms to more outdoor dining and relaxing.
DECK SHADE COVER
The pergola cover is situated to offer shade while enjoying the Sedona red rock views.
POOL SIDE LIVING
The sitting area is arranged to be close to the "endless pool" that works well for exercise and relaxation. The stucco deck walls are relieved with custom metal inserts and mood lighting to keep the deck open and interesting.
FIREPLACE SITTING AREA
The sitting area is arranged just outside the master bedroom by the two-sided fireplace for evening enjoyment on the deck.
MASTER BEDROOM FIREPLACE
The master bedroom addition includes a two-sided fireplace at the foot of the bed. The fireplace can be enjoyed on the deck addition as well. The large corner window captures the Sedona red rock views.
LIVING AREA COMFORT
The remodel includes the reconfiguration of the living area to add more seating and allow TV and fireplace viewing. A clean contemporary style gives the room its character.
DINING AREA EXPANSION
The remodel includes the reconfiguration of the great room to expand the dining capacity. The Sedona red rock views are enjoyed while dining.
GUEST POWDER BATH
The powder bath is located for convenience from the great room. The bath features travertine walls, granite counter tops, contemporary shaker cabinets, and concealed specialty lighting.
GUEST BEDROOM COMFORT
The existing guest bedroom was refurnished for comfort. New doors, windows, flooring and lighting were changed to match the style of the whole house remodel.
