MODERN HILL-TOP SEDONA HOME
Situated high in the hills of Sedona Arizona, this home is remodeled inside and out to make the most of the outdoor living and stunning views. The sleek lines, expanded windows, custom gates, textured metal work, porcelain pavers and dark sky lighting invite you in. The contemporary southwest style is integrated throughout the interior as well.

ENTRY COURTYARD
The entry courtyard features a custom metal gate, rusted metal corner trellis, porcelain pavers and landscape rock that lead through a sculpture garden to the front door. A secondary gate leads to a large patio with stunning views and outdoor amenities.

SUNSET PATIO
This large outdoor wrap-around patio connects to the great room and includes outdoor cooking, dining and seating for relaxation. The remodel includes new large windows along the entire great room for see-through beauty at sunset. Cable rails, porcelain pavers and contemporary furniture stylize the patio.

OUTDOOR FIRE FEATURE
The fire-pit feature is the perfect complement for the patio. Family and friends can gather for conversations and after-dinner drinks as the evening cools through the seasons of Sedona.

TWILIGHT TIME
Scenic views penetrate everywhere with the new expansive window patterns. The contemporary interior shines through at Twilight.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR KITCHENS
An outdoor kitchen is added to the patio from the indoor kitchen for quick access by the house chef during entertainment events.

CONNECTING DECK
A secondary deck connects the great room to the master suite. Glass rails are used to take greater advantage of views and shield the wind. A sun control pergola is added to mitigate afternoon summer sun. A series of multi-panel folding doors can remain open during the wonderful warm seasons of Sedona.

OUTDOOR-IN FLOW
You feel the amazing sense of outside-in flow as you move through wide folding door systems from interior spaces to the connecting deck. The stunning Sedona views are ever present as you travel around.

ARTWORK WALLS AND NICHES
The great room serves as a backdrop for the collection of art and artifacts acquired by the owners over their lifetimes. Interior architecture and lighting are designed to show case the collections. The game table adds an element of fun for entertaining.

GREAT ROOM PANORAMIC VIEWS
As you enter the home through the custom walnut and ash front door, you face amazing exterior views. Of course, with the expansive new windows, views are captured when you cook, dine or relax anywhere in the great room. Dimmable LED strip lights are concealed in linear pockets to highlight the interior architecture. Porcelain flooring and soft rugs anchor the space. Timeless neutral interior tones balance with the stunning exterior views.

CONTEMPORARY KITCHEN ISLAND
The contemporary kitchen island gives any quest an eyeful of Sedona beauty. The thick and durable engineered quartz waterfall edge countertop wraps the island down to the floor. The ceiling heights vary just enough to make the space dynamic.

A CHEF'S KITCHEN
The chef of the home has quick access to all the important kitchen functions. The induction cooktop is sleek and easy to clean. It heats and cools very quickly for ultimate cooking control. The built-in refrigerator is just to the right in the appliance wall and is finished in wood to disappear. The lighted wall is equipped with ovens, a concealed coffee maker and plenty of storage. It tucks from top to bottom and side to side into the 10-foot ceiling. The owner's art collection adds the personal touch of color.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH ICONIC VIEWS
The master bedroom has new large windows to capture more of the Sedona views. The custom ash wood headboard, floating side tables and bed frame are positioned to see the views. The swivel chair lets you spin to a new view on the fly! The room connects to the master bath beyond.

MASTER BATH SHOWER
The master bath contains a large walk-in shower with two age-in-place benches, a separate hand shower, concealed designer grab bars and an interior dry off area. The glass shower walls help to maintain heat in the shower and allows the mountain view to be part of the overall bath. The linear textured porcelain tile runs vertically to allow the water to move with gravity. A makeup counter is separated from the main sink area. A linen closet is filled with bathroom storage.

CLUTTER-FREE MASTER BATH WALL
Two under mount sinks are separated in the floating cabinet by a tall thin window with a view. The textured porcelain tiled wall tucks up into the lighted soffit above. A full laundry room is located just to the right. Recessed lighted mirror medicine cabinets with built-in charging outlets add more function to the wall keeping the countertop clutter free.
